Carbon black - antistatic; a highly conductive carbon black with a unique morphology that allows users to achieve target conductivity at significantly lower loadings than with other conductive carbon blacks, while still maintaining the mechanical properties of the polymer;for conductive applications where only extremely low carbon black concentrations are permissible. For example, it can be used in conductive plastics for ESD protection. Applications: Automotive products such as fuel hoses and electrostatic coatings, industrial equipment, appliances, medical devices, electronics, and other items sensitive to ESD damage. Minimal chemical interaction with other components (controlled viscosity increase, improved processability).
