The WorléeShield technology is a combination of  valuable products. The hydrophobic Enova Aerogel is characterized by low thermoconductivity and therefore is suited for producing thermal insulating coatings.

The aqueous acrylic binders WorléeCryl CH-X 2158 and WorléeCryl CH-X 2159 were developed for thermal insulating coating systems and could be easily combinded with Aerogels. The finished coatings could be applied very efficient through spray application and convince with water vapour permeability (class V2), low thermoconductivity (<50 mW/mK) and outstanding adhesion.

Application examples for WorléeShield-technology are safe-touch coatings and anti-condensate coatings as well as energy-saving coating systems for industrial applications.
